Better Brokerage Through Connection

Many times I have interviewed with clients who tell me how they hate Realtors/Brokers/Agents. I have always asked them why?

Candid Responses:

They never call me. I have no idea what’s going on with my property. I haven’t had a single offer or call except to renew the listing.

While I cannot say that I am innocent of never returning a phone call or email, I can say that when I do reach out to a client it normally is to update them on progress with their property.

“Hey, I just want you to know that"….” or “We got the drone pictures in…”. or “Property is now active on XYZ Marketing Site…”. or “I know we discussed the value was listed above market, but we agreed we would try here’s the feed back we’ve gotten.” These are all things I have sent via email, text or call. Being Proactive isnt just about out bound calls to potential buyers, its also about feedback to you our clients. Through connection and conversation we are able to deliver world class service to you, as that is why you hired us. Not to just post and pray that we get a phone call, but to put a scope on our rifle and target your most likely buyer.

That is what makes us successful in getting properties to contract. After that it is performance of the contract, and that is a whole other post.
